Our crew offers a seamless process for docking your vessel and booking your docking slip, ensuring convenience and peace of mind.Confirmed reservation at CASA NEOS is required to dock your boat. Before arriving by boat, ensure you have received confirmation from our reservation team after submitting the docking request form.


For MM Members:

Complimentary for our Members. Enjoy the privilege of reserving your docking slip up to one month in advance. Simply fill in the form on your member portal by selecting the slip that best suits your vessel’s size and your preferences.

For Non-Members:

Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance. Fill in the form below to request your slip. Provide details about your boat, including its length, beam, draft, and any special requirements you may have. If available, you will receive a confirmation email with a pre-authorization form for payment. 

Upon Arrival

Our professional dock staff will be on hand to assist you with docking. They will guide you to your reserved slip and help secure your boat. Our team is trained to handle vessels of all sizes, ensuring a safe and efficient docking process.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are not permitted unless cruising conditions are deemed unsafe.

We also offer a unique service that allows guests to dock alongside the restaurant and enjoy luxury dining right on their own yacht. Our team will set up and serve your table without you ever having to step off your vessel, providing a seamless and exquisite dining experience. For those without a boat, we provide a seamless experience with an aqua transfer service that transports guests from their residence or hotel to our restaurant via the Miami waterways. Additionally, we offer an MM  membership with extraordinary benefits that grant unequivocal access to private areas reserved solely for members.
